Norman has been part of the Enterprise Learning Alliance family since he was a puppy and is now 4 years old. He is currently training with PAWS to become a fully qualified Therapy Dog.
Norman visits all three of our school sites and enjoys supporting pupils with their learning, wellbeing, and personal development. He provides a calm and reassuring presence, offering a listening ear to pupils who may need someone to talk to. Norman also enjoys accompanying pupils on de-escalation walks and helping them develop confidence, emotional regulation, and positive relationships.
Through his visits, Norman helps to create a nurturing environment where pupils feel supported, valued, and ready to learn. Whether listening to a pupil read, joining a wellbeing session, or simply providing companionship, Norman plays an important role in school life.
