Students from centres across Dover and Thanet were invited, as participating artists, to the International Youth Day Pop-Up Exhibition, hosted by Turner Contemporary, in Margate.

This project, organised by Turner Contemporary, involved young artists’ professional development and skills within the arts. Participants took part in workshops led by the Turner Contemporary Learning Team to exhibit and curate their work to produce a pop-up exhibition in the Core Learning Studio for a week.

This was an unique opportunity for our students to showcase their art and celebrate talent. Everyone who participated thoroughly enjoyed the experience, thus demonstrating their keenness for the subject and ability to work within the community, alongside individuals they do not know.
